Great to have welcomed back year 5 and reception to school this week.
We look forward to welcoming year 4 back on Monday.
This week we loved welcoming back year 1.
They really enjoyed seeing their friends and having fun learning.
Next week we are welcoming back year 5 and Reception.
This week the children in the key worker group have been learning about the Victorians. They started off the week watching Oliver twist and found out about life as a poor Victorian child.
Today they learnt about Dr Barnardo and the work he did to support children.
The children dressed up in their old dirty clothes and posed for a photo pretending to be a poor Victorian child. Our lovely staff nurtured the children to good health and learnt lots of new skills.
Have a look at the before and after pictures below.
It is so lovely to welcome back the year 6 children to school today.
They did really well at keeping their 2m distance and enjoyed their picnic lunch in a socially distanced circle.
We are looking forward to having more children back next week.
